Precision-made brace shapers are available in 4 standard size combinations - two radii per shaper. Custom sizes are available by request.

Made from premium quality 18mm Birch Ply and 10mm HDPE
CNC cut for accuracy
Each shaper has two different radii
The black backing has the same radius as the shaper for ease of checking progress. It can also be used as a marking-out template.
Supplied with P80 PSA-backed abrasive attached. PSA abrasive paper is available separately.
Custom radii available on request
Standard radii are:
3m & 10m
5m & 8m
12ft & 30ft
15ft & 25ft
